Job Description
- Closely coordinate with the Collection Assistant of the Accounting Department in each service branch and satellite offices.
- Prepare and regularly updates process flow of billings per project with the contact persons and contact numbers per stages
- Schedule collection of available checks thru assigned collector
- Monitor the status of old accounts. Initiate reconciliation with clients to effect collection or offsetting of accounts
- To be in charged of other collection-related matters assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Accountancy or any business course
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Offices
