Job Description
- Assist the Department Manager in formulating sales plan, manpower analysis, etc.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve sales, effective handling of customers' requirements and etc.
- Monitoring and supervision of day to day activities of the sales team.
- Delegation of task and assignment to each Department personnel's in the absence of the Manager.
- Tracking of the progress of sales performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Supervise and motivate the personnel to perform their best.
- Effectively communicate with the clients' needs and ensure optimum results.
- Can handle complaints from customers and able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and work towards favorable resolution of any conflict and/or complaint whether internal or external.
- Assists in the preparation and presentation of all sales-related reports as required by MELCO and IEE.
- Will help ensure that subordinates will adhere to the company's policies and guidelines.
- Perform all other sales related activities assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate preferably with regulatory related license
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office
- With driving experience
- Must have managerial experience related to sales within the industry or not
