Job Description
- Sources out applicants through advertisement in national paper, website, etc.
- Screens applicants on the following procedures:
- Conducts preliminary/initial interviews.
- Administers Psychological Exams (In-telligence, Aptitude & Personality)
- Checks, score and interpret exams results.
- Does background verification of probable applicants for hiring.
- Monitors applicants' submission of pre-employment requirements.
- Keeps an updated applicants' data bank.
- Performs other duties as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.
- Checks time records of all employees.
- Checks and computes Labor Accountability (with supporting documents, i.e., time cards, OT forms, OB, leave forms)
- Facilitates in the implementation of employees' statutory benefits.
- Ensures complete submission of employees' (newly hired) pre-employment requirements.
- Prepares and issues Employment Contract
- Orients newly hired employees to Company's policies, etc.
- Prepares and issues Certificate of Employment as requested.
- Prepares and issues clearance and other requirements on resigning and/or terminated employees
- Full-time position(s) available
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- One (1) year work experience in General HR
- Knowledge in Psychological Test Measurements
- Creative, keen to details, team player
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office)
- With knowledge on Labor Laws on Compensation
