Distribution Files Reviewer | French, Arabic, or Spanish speaking  

The Distribution Files Reviewer is responsible for checking the distribution files and verify that the goods dispatched on the packing lists match the quantities received by ICRC beneficiaries during the distribution of assistance worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform timely collection and verification of Packing List and Distribution Certificate forms coming from the field worldwide.
• Be accountable for the completeness of the files after review
• File and archive reconciliation file.
• Acknowledge and verify received documents versus dispatch note to ensure all reconciliation files are received.
• Cross-check the reconciliation checklists file upon receiving vs the actual documents and quantities.
• Identify missing files, send messages to the sites, and maintain follow-up for the open cases.
• Prepare reconciliation files to be sent for archiving as per procedure.
• Escalate issues to the Supervisor when needed.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar function or as an Administrative Assistant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven proficiency in at least one of the following languages: French, Arabic or Spanish (both written and verbal) is required. Level and background related to the practice of the languages must be stated in the resume.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word particularly).
• Strong organisational skills.
