Job Summary:
For this role, The Business Process Consultant provides functional, procedural, or strategic guidance to create value, maximize growth and improve business performance for the organization.
The Business Process Consultant will be responsible for aiding in the development and implementation of consulting projects. Leads projects of moderate complexity and may direct the work of other team members. Has a strong understanding of programs, policies, and procedures in a business area or technical field and leverages information to consult and develop statements of work for moderate level projects. May serve as a subject matter expert.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible to create business process both internal and external
- Responsible to draw business process in tools/applications
- Assess toward the running process
- Make reports related to business process analysis
- Create solutions for process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Having good communication
- Team working spirit
- Strong knowledge and good understanding in creating process from architecture, process level 1 to 5, and SOP
- Strong in analyzing business process
- Able to analyze and create solutions for process improvement
