Job Description
This position will play an integral role in the customer support, project administration as well providing general administrative supports and office management tasks. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task jobs.
Minimum Qualifications

Max. 30 years old.
- Minimum 2 years working experiences. Fresh Graduates may apply for junior position.
- Familiar with MS Office (min. excel, word, power point, outlook), internet and digital marketing. Some knowledge in finance and accounting, Information System and CRM would be plus points.
- S1 related subjects; office administration, secretarial school, Sistem Information.
- English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.
- Professional, attention to details, neat and tidy, work smart.
- Passionate, self motivated, good humoured and resourceful.
- Smiling voice, having excellence customer service by nature, pleasant personality.
- Good in teamwork
- Have knowledge in IT would be advantage
- Have basic knowledge for HTML & Javascript would be advantage
- Willing to work in TB Simatupang area, South Jakarta.
