The HR Staff is mainly responsible for all Recruitment matters.
Responsibilities
- Do the end-to-end process of recruitment, initial interview, screening, orientation, endorsement, and 201 filling.
- Coordinate the superior per department regarding the process for final interview and the schedule for the final interview.
- Source applicants as a part of Recruitment.
- Conduct Job Fairs.
- Monitor all recruitment matters.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology/ Human Resources Management or any related course.
- At least 1 year experience in Recruitment.
- Knows how to handle Recruitment and Selection.
- Willing to work at Landayan San Pedro, Laguna.
