Job Description
Accounting assistant provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, handling mail and basic bookkeeping. And also Accounting Assistant is responsible for creating and updating expense reports, handling all office receipts,processing reimbursement forms, monthly and quarterly goverment filing , participating in quarterly and annual audits, checking all financial transactions for accuracy, ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Trustworthy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Has the ability to work under pressure
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- Full time position available.
