Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers and clients that reach to us phone, email and chat.
- May identify root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve the concern of our customer and clients.
Good to have:
- Knowledgeable in Logistics / Transport Industry
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Mass Communication
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Persuasive Speaking Skills, Clear Communication Skills, Effective Listening, Attentive
- With exposure and experience working in Logistics Industry
- Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
