Job Description
- Maintaining and growing customer accounts.
- Acquisition of new accts thru aggressive outbound telesales.
- Responsible for converting inbound sales inquiries and managing service requests of customers;
- Initiate outbound-telemarketing prospecting & conversion strategies;
- Ensure retention & business development of existing accounts thru timely and proper account management;
- Profile and understand customer needs and initiate opportunities to offer the appropriate services.
- Manages an existing customer base of corporate clients and assisting them with their recruitment requirements.
- Proactively identifies business opportunities as well as anticipate challenges & be able to immediately implement appropriate action points
- Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls (client visits when needed)
- Identify & convert new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring that Sales targets and Key Performance Indicators are achieved.
- Provide online advertising & marketing solutions to Corporate Clients
- Establish long term partnerships with clients by providing excellent after sales service
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have a strong analytical and planning skills;
- Candidate must have a good communication and presentation skills;
- Canidate must have an excellent problem-solving skills;
- Canidates must have a good leadership skills
- Candidate must have an experience working in Logistics/Supply Chain/Manufacturing Industry.
- Candiate must be willing to work in Makati City
- Candidate must have a strong backgroung in people management
