Intellismart Technology has established Insys HR Enterprise as a preferred brand for Payroll, Timekeeping and Human Resource Management Systems. Simultaneously, the company continues to secure a strong position in commercial software such as Accounting, Inventory, Point of Sales and other business management systems.
Responsibilities:
The Director for HRIS will direct the operations of the organization’s human resource information systems and develop, implement, and modify system requirements. Oversees the maintenance of external database files, tables and the development of custom reports to meet the requirements of companies' management and staff.
- Oversee department functions of the human resource information management systems
- Accountable for direct oversight of critical cross-functional HR and company-wide projects/initiatives, and indirect oversight of technology resources that support the function
- Accountable for forecasting and managing the HRIS resource utilization, competency, and cost of delivering projects and services
- Provide expert level consulting and support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- Successful implementing new systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university and 10 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures
- Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools
