Job Description
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the HR Generalist shall be responsible for these key HR areas: overall management of recruitment and placement services, training and employee development, performance management, policies development and as back up to the payroll functions, with the end-goals of boosting organizational productivity, increasing employee morale and strengthening employee commitment.
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree in any management, business, or science course. A degree in Psychology would be preferred
- Well established experience as HR Generalist
- Good knowledge of employment/labor law
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication, written and spoken and people skills
- Intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills, advanced excel skills.
