Job Description
Responsible for actively driving and managing the solutions team and the presales process. The solutions manager & chief consultant must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users. The role requires to be an effective communicator with a track record of delivering and managing customer projects end-to-end from technically scoping requirements alongside the sales team to managing the design and delivery of projects, resources and budgets to ensure client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in computer science, computer engineering or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Technology field, with the majority of experience in information security
- Had worked for at least 3 years’ as Security Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant.
- Expertise in Information Security and Cybersecurity is necessary. With specialization in any of the following Security Control Technologies; Threat Intelligence, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Data Security, Application Security, Cloud Security, Risk Assessment
- Knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity consultancy and training is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in technical writing is an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Industry Certification, desirable but not required; CompTIA's Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Knowledge and experience in ERP/CRM applications is an advantage
