Job Description
The Sales Agent's primary objective is to close transactions and bring in revenue by the selling our courses and products. Activities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and closing transactions
- Doing cold calls to offer products/courses
- Sending emails to sell products
- Participating in sales activities and events such as handing out flyers and manning our booths
- Data encoding of inquiries, leads, and status of inquiries up to closed transactions
- Monitoring payment status of customers on installment
- Assisting Marketing colleagues
- working as a team during events and classes
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-years experience in Sales
- Must have at least 1 training seminar/workshop on sales
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Ability to do cold calls
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
