Job Description
As a Fellows Relations Specialist of the Institute of Corporate Directors, you are expected to assist the director of Fellows Relations Department through the following responsibilities:
- Organizing members-only meetings, socials and general assemblies
- Assisting in the organization of major external events such as the Investors’ Forum
- Acting as members’ main liaison contact for all ICD concerns
- Helping in event preparation and facilitation of all Fellows Relations events and activities
- Preparing necessary reports
- Monitoring of applications/data base maintenance
- Assisting the Director for Program Delivery in carrying out his various tasks and responsibilities
- Handle other projects & tasks as may be required by your superior from time to time
Some ICD events are held out of town and/or after regular working hours. Employees must be able to work without constraints during these periods.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least 6 months similar experience
- Must be a graduate of any 4 year course
