Job Description
- Prepare content, collaterals, and publications for online and printed platforms based on the Institute’s communication strategy and content plans
- Manage and monitor the Institute’s social media channels and official website
- Produce feature articles and press releases for publishing online and in print, and visual documentaries and other multi-media content
- Maintain the Institute’s online database to reflect current and accurate information
- Regularly archive physical and digital files used by the Communication team
- Create branding and collaterals for official activities and events
- Coordinate with media and publicists
- Be an active advocate of good governance
- Handle other projects and tasks as may be assigned by superiors from time to time

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Marketing, Multi-media arts, and other related fields
- Communication including research, writing, editing, and presentation
- Planning, organizing, execution, and time management
- Knowledge in digital marketing and social media
- Familiarity in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator
- Interpersonal and relationship management; Sincere relationship builder; earns the confidence of others; Presents ideas and directives clearly and persuasively; actively listens
- Desires to contribute to the advocacy of good governance
