Job Description
As ICD's Business Development Coordinator, you help achieve 3 revenue targets to sustain operations and expand the reach of ICD's corporate governance training programs in high-priority, under-served segments. Responsibilities include:
- Promotes ICD's public courses through e-mails, calls, and other channels;
- Update text of website, ads and other marketing materials;
- Liaise with other professional or socio-civic organizations re ICD course offerings;
- Assist clients in registration and payment;
- Maintain client relationships;
- Assist Finance in client billing and collection;
- Conduct competitor scans in coordination with Marketing Manager;
- Handle other projects and tasks as required by superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience in sales or marketing;
