Job Description

This position will have a key role in successfully organizing Strategy Execution Pathway (or other Board Services) courses and interventions as well as developing client relationships. He/She will support and strengthen the unit in delivering highly satisfying client experience that will enrich the learning and development of clients on corporate governance practices with specific focus on strategy design and execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization, execution, and follow-through of Strategy Execution Pathway public courses
  • Assist in managing client relationships for exclusive interventions
  • Interface with Board members and Executive teams of clients throughout the preparation, research, delivery, facilitation, and processing of interventions
  • Monitor progress of clients to improve their strategy execution
  • Enrich relationships with clients and facilitators
  • Create reports, documentation, and feature stories to capture best practices and lessons learned
  • Manage information, files, documents, and supplies of the Board Services Team according to 5S principles
  • Manage the StEP Circle development
  • Assist in the development and updating of the Board Services manual of operations and work templates
  • Coordinate with and provide support to the other ICD units
  • Handle other projects & tasks as may be required by superiors from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' work experience preferably in the fields of Program/Project Management, Adult learning training, and facilitation
  • With background in corporate planning
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exposure to Board Management is an advantage
  • Effective coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and facilitation skills
  • High computer literacy
