Job Description

Following are job responsibilities of Manager:

  • Plans and implements systems that help employees peform the work and fulfill the mission and goals of the company efficiently and effectively
  • Manages the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of department
  • Leads employees to meet the organization's expectation, productivity, quality and goal accomplishment
  • Manages, coaches, mentors and tran staffs
  • Evaluating employees
  • Works with the Human Resource in recruitment, selection and hiring appropriate number of staffs
  • Accomplishes financial objectives; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures
  • Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
  • Performs other duties

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a Degree holder of BS Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial and equivalent
  • Must be a graduate from top university and/or private universities with high CGPA
  • A minimum of three years of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions
  • Preferably Female
  • Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferre
  • Has the ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members
  • Outstanding development skills
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Excellent organizational management skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
