- Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration and Management, Finance, Banking, E-Commerce, Secretarial and equivalent
- Must have a Latin honor- Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Suma Cum Laude; Dean's Lister is considered
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
