Job Description
- Organize company documents and files.
- Encode data and reports.
- Act as a signatory to other documents.
- Process government reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Secure licenses and permits in different government agencies.
- Provide support in administrative works.
- Answer phone call/s.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Banking, Computer Science, Information and Technology, Secretarial, or any equivalent course.

- Knowledgable in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and HTML.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
