Job Description
- Develops, facilitates, and executes a wide variety of training programs (e.g., web-based seminars, instructional manuals, group sessions, training videos, e-learning services, etc.) that enhance effectiveness of the workforce
- Identify and assess training and development needs within the organization
- Ensures that the training programs developed meets the need of the organization and is aligned with the goals of the business
- Implements purposeful training methods and development plan effectively
- Constructs and administers test to determine the effectiveness of the training
- Research and applies new educational technologies, methodologies and techniques in workplace learning to keep up to date with the latest tools and trends in training and development
- Hold workshops and lectures
- Devise interactive, entertaining and informative multimedia presentations
- Create and maintain training documents and modules
- Organizes and manages multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, industrial psychology, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in training and development management
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective organizational and management skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Exceptional training and facilitating skills
- Ability to devise innovative solutions to complex problems
- Strong analytical skills
- Approachable
- Facilitators of learning and change
- Must be a graduate of top university with high CGPA and/or with latin honors
- Preferably female
