Job Description
- Core Responsibilities
- Conducts study and construct a concrete plan and design base on required output.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Develops application/software, firmware, website, content management system and any technology related to the company’s solution and requirements with extensive platform compatibility.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing the documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, detailed code comments, limitation, and recommendation.
- Implementation
- Leads in developed or revised application/software, firmware, website, content management system and any related technology installation and configuration.
- Writes developed or revised application/software, firmware, website, content management system and any related technology guide and operating manuals.
- Trains users (backend and frontend).
- Provides support and responds to feedback
- Quality Assurance and Maintenance
- Plans and executes the test and modifies systems to ensure that developed technology operates reliably before deployment.
- Creates policy and declares standard operating procedure, installation, process and service related to the quality of developed technology.

- Leads in fault finding and debugging.
- Leads and submits documentation and required reports (logs, results, study, recommendation, approval for deployment and any related documents for quality assurance).
- Research and Development
- Brings and opens new and advance technology for system, service and product and company’s competitiveness improvement.
- Conducts a study or survey for advancing technology or tools that will help to make each department’s task easy and cost-effective.
- Maintains historical records by documenting system software changes and revisions.
- Leads or assists in building or assembling tools, technology or prototyping according to plan.
- Collects data which will be significant for defining an error, measuring, analysing, improving and controlling the company’s current technology, system, and process
- Leads Research and Development projects which include conducting a study, statistical analysis, computation, designing, planning, prototyping, implementation, testing, documentation, and other related tasks.
- Generates reports and other related documents on the status of projects, as required.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by Engineering Head
- Application/software, firmware, website, content management system and any related technology consultant.
- Define errors or issues on certain matters such as process, service and product.
- Measures and analyses gathered data to improve and control process, service, and product.
- Consults with the immediate supervisor regarding professional skill development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related Course
- At least 1 year work experience in a related job
- Good public relation communication skill
- Thinks logically and with good analytical skills
- Can solve a problem independently
- In-depth understanding in Languages/Scripts such as PHP, Java, Android, MySQL, C / C++, HTML
- Knowledgeable in Boolean Algebra, Logic, PLC and Assembly programming
- Knowledgeable in Linux, FreeBSD, WRT, and other related Operating System
- Can troubleshoot computer and network equipment such as motherboard, PSU, router, modem, and other hardware.
- Can configure routers, DIY-equipments and other related technology according to requirements.
- Deep knowledge in technology and networking principles such as TCP/IP, WiFi, Firewall, Cellular and Data Communication, GPS, etc.
- Knowledgeable in cloud technology
- Preferably with Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal or other CMS.
