Job Description
- Assists the Product Manager in creating the technical documentation of the product
- Writes and takes ownership of technical manuals aligned with the current state of the product
- Delivers high quality documentation targeted to the intended audience
- Creates other related documentation to the product as needed such as ERDs, product copy, tutorials, etc.
- Proofreads and ensures correctness in all product documentation and copies
Minimum Qualifications
- Knows how to use Google Docs/Google Suite/Office365
- Preferably works or has worked in the IT industry
- Working experience in software documentation
- With the following skills:Technical writing for end-user documentation
- UX writing for the product (e.g. microcopy)
- Ability to digest complex technical concepts and translate them to laymen terms
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English
