- Prepare and liquidate Cash Advance.
- Purchase Training supplies.
- Produce Training Manuals.
- Produce Training Kits (IDs, Photocopy Exams, and Certificates).
- Help in administering exams and checking them.
- Give lecture on certain Patho / Physio topics.
- Prepare Trainees' snacks.
- Be in close collaboration with the Training Manager.
- Monitor daily calls of PMRs through E-Science Daily Output.
- Alert DSMs when PMRs’ Daily Coverage are below 16 per day.
- Do and monitor Expense Report.
- Check TER for Calls reflected compared to E-Science generation and apply necessary deductions on the Per Diem
- Check itinerary.
- Random Audit of PMR and DSM Time In location vs declared Itinerary.
- Collate generated daily, weekly, and monthly calls from E-Science.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of 4-year course.
- With Medical Background (Nursing, Med Tech, PT, or OT).
- With or without a professional license.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft applications.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Willing to work on extended hours, if needed.
