Accounting Supervisor  

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

• Records transactions in QuickBooks
• Provides monthly financial statements and other relevant reports e.g., monthly management report, weekly sales report
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and performs various accounts reconciliation (e.g. bank, accruals, taxes and etc.) activities within the deadline
• Prepares and/ or reviews journal entries for monthly Intercompany settlement
• Processes intercompany transaction billing, payments, payroll, and monthly government remittances.
• In charge of payroll related computation, monitoring and processing
• Handles tax computation, alphalist preparation and payment processing
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Recommends areas for standardization and process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA license is preferred, but not required
• 2 or more years of work experience as Accounting Supervisor
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience working in an advertising agency is a plus
