UI / UX Developer  

The UI/UX Developer will be responsible for the creation of content that matches the company's brand and marketing strategy which includes social media graphics, website banners and artworks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the creatives teams’ deliverables and ensure timelines are met
• Establish best practices in ad design, and share knowledge on how experience design can improve campaign performance
• Create staging links based on ad mock designs
• Optimize creative executions to improve campaign performance as necessary
• Be the creative product champion; understand all ad format specs and create new ideas on how to utilize them
• On some occasions, create microsites for ad landing pages

• At least 3 years experience as a front-end developer
• Preferably with UI/UX designer experience
• Solid understanding of digital design principles
• JavaScript proficiency is required
• Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages, and CSS preprocessor tools
• Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
• Preferably with a working knowledge and understanding of internet especially Internet Media i.e. online advertising trends, latest advertising technology, etc.
• Great persistency, responsibility and patience in completing tasks
• Passionate and flexible about innovation and speed learning
• Possess an analytical mind and have good problem solving skills
• Leadership experience is preferred
