Job Description
- Positioning strategy in displaying any brands or products in shelf areas as a niche out of category management where brands can be positioned to match other categories
- Knowledgeable of all the products; promotes and gives recommendations to clients
- Monitors the necessary preparations before the start of the operations and sees to it that all the needed supplies are available.
- Always greet and thank the client with a SMILE. Provides prompt and efficient service to all clients
- Periodically check the selling area and display racks and notes items for replenishment
- Orders product base on stocks movement ( local & offshore )
- Monitors slow, non-moving, shelf life and nearly expired products and reports immediately to your supervisor
- Observes the FIFO (First in first out) system in managing stocks and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the area of responsibility at all times. Look after the appearance and display of items in the gondola/chillers/freezer
- Involved in physical count inventory
- Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate.
- Knowledgeable in cutting ham and cheese.
- Knowledgeable in fruits and vegetables.
