Job Description
Operations Management
- Maintain and implement Informatics’ international and GHQ standards of operation, i.e., systems, procedures, policies, and rules. Monitor implementation and immediately correct deviations.
- Supervise daily activities of academics, services, and accounting.
- Maximize use of center’s physical and human resources.
- Regularly conduct system audits and ensure implementation of internal control standards.
Customer Satisfaction
- Set high service standards to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by developing, implementing and monitoring quality programs. Supervise daily activities of academics, services, and accounting.
- Monitor the center’s key performance indicators, e.g., enrollment rate, re-enrollment rate, completion rate, referral rate, dropout rate; and feedback systems, e.g., Student Feedback Form, Service Performance Scorecard, Customer Survey Form. Feedback results to the Area Manager and to the Human Resource, Training and TQ Division, and use results to map out and implement improvements efforts.
Services and Office Management
- Implement and constantly improve systems related to student registration, certificate issuance, and student record administration.
- Collect course fees timely, and ensure implementation of standards of operation when receiving, documenting and depositing sales collection.
- Maintain high standards of integrity in all activities, dealings and documentations, e.g., dealings with suppliers, financial records, student records, examination results.
- Implement and constantly improve systems related to student registration, certificate issuance, and student record administration.
- Ensure security and safety of human lives, as well as center facilities and properties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience in customer service environment
- Exposure in handling business center operations, an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong service orientation, leadership, and administrative skills
