Job Description
- Responsible for renewal of business permits
- Filing and record keeping of the department's files and documents
- Do field and liaising work
- Administrative support and clerical tasks that may be assigned
- Will assigned in the Accounting and Sales/Marketing department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good typing and organizational skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Has the ability to work independently and highly motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Open for fresh graduate and those with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
