Job Description
- Accountants are responsible for handling the financials, permits, licenses, and soft HR functions of the company
- Prepares monthly cash reports for the Center Managers
- Monitors cash receipts, cash positions, cash flow management, and budget
- Prepares cash disbursement and releasing of checks, monitors accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
- Responsible for daily financial and recording of transactions
- Recommends financial action by analyzing account options
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Prepares and checks fulltime and part-time billings and overloads
- Ensures compliance to policies, government agencies, and permits
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or any other related field
- Must have knowledge in accounting systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Computer literate
- Knows how to handle confidential data
- Must be willing to work in Baguio
