Job Description
- Admissions Officers are responsible for handling the business side of things while being on school premises
- Supervises the sales team, specifically with walk-ins and direct sales
- Handles the computation of sales and individual enrollees of the school
- Outsources and negotiates partnerships with different companies
- Prepares monthly cost-benefit analyses, which are then reported to the manager
- Participates in the selection process of new employees; assists with performance appraisals; disciplinary problems are referred to a higher level; performs similar and higher level tasks as their team
- The position requires some integration of different but relatively similar bodies of knowledge and/or functions.
- Requires minor analytic interpretation
- Performs complex functions, establishes priorities, resolves issues, rarely refers to supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership skills are a must
- Creative thinker
- Computer literate
- Good time management skills
- Can work autonomously
- Must be willing to work in Northgate, Alabang
