Email Marketing Support

We are looking for an extremely detail-oriented, creative data and email marketing coordinator to join the Hey You team.

In this role you will:

• Set up and send email templates in Mailchimp
• Check all imagery, text and information is correct and on brand
• Send communications that are consistent in style and formatting
• - Set up and send comms using a variety of marketing tools
• Organise push notifications on a per venue basis
• Create collateral in Canva
• - Write, design, deploy ongoing, daily marketing emails (3-20 per day)
• Use Mailchimp templates and provided images/info
• Oversee ongoing customer email campaigns (6-10 per week)
• Perform data entry
• Gather key information from Excel spreadsheets and Salesforce to set up promotions
• Use back end systems to set up promotions in app
• Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to vendors and customers/prospects
• Ensure that data in messages are sent in proper form and template.
• Write and proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in any field, or any related courses.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Email Marketing
• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail a must
• Data input and spreadsheet management experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Manage email marketing database of over 300,000K
• Manage daily cell phone notification set up and deployment to over 300,000 phones
• Experience managing cell phone notification deployment a plus
• Design experience a plus

Desired:

• Email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar)
• Experience in CRM systems
