Job Description

  • Implement and Maintain Internet/eMail Server
    • Maintain cleanliness, security, and safety of the Servers
    • Maintain server availability
    • Maintain internet availability
    • Ensure acceptable performance
    • Maintain email Users
    • Train Alternate operators for Startup and shutdown
    • Implement Upgrades
  • Implement and Maintain File/Print Server
    • Maintain cleanliness, security and safety of the Servers
    • Ensure Disk Space availability
    • Ensure availability of cloud services(AZURE)
    • Monitoring of printer toners
    • Create and Define standards for easy File storage and Retrieval
    • Ensure Proper Backup of Employee Workstations
    • Provide solution to frequent problems
    • Plan and Implement Upgrade to meet availability and performance
  • Implement and Maintain Office LAN Cabling
    • Provide Ethernet connection to all Office workers of Infomax
    • Ensure office cabling is neat and safe
  • Infomax Employee Consultants Workstation Installation and Configuration
    • Install standard software to Employees workstations
    • Configure internet/LAN settings
    • Provide Anti-Virus assistance for employees
  • Implement and Maintain Other Infomax Servers
    • Ensure Servers Meet Infomax Performance Requirements
    • Ensure Servers Meet Infomax Availability Requirements
  • Implement and Maintain Telephone Systems(3CX)
    • Ensure cleanliness, security, and safety of the Telephone Systems
    • Ensure telephone systems are available to Office personnel
    • Provide functionality as needed
    • Ensure employees know how to use the system
    • Plan and implement PABX other features as needed
  • Maintain and Administer internal applications (M-files, InfoAsset, Todoyu and Info capture)
    • Maintain availability of internal applications
    • Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
    • Configure/add new services as necessary.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management

Minimum Qualifications

  • ​​​​​Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)
  • Knowledgeable in Active Directory
  • Open source Firewall/Web blocking, email, chat and remote support to clients,
  • Windows Server AdministrationBasic knowledge in Windows Azure,
  • Team Foundation Server
