How you will contribute:
- Check and review financial reports to ensure defensibility and reasonableness
- Analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flows) and prepare management reports
- Support business simulations, budgeting, planning, and other requirements
- Assist the client’s finance and accounting people in accounting-related concerns
- Ensure that the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and project deliverables with clients are met timely
- Develop good working relationships with clients and internal partners that will result in improvement and strong service delivery
- Identify the issues and concerns of the account

Mentor and evaluate performance of junior members of the team

Review the work of junior members of the team for accuracy and compliance

Recommend improvements to the existing service delivery practices and procedures
- Handle presentation, data mining and research on economics and trends, facilitation, and budgeting during strategic planning sessions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Location/Hybrid Set Up
- Work from the office - 3 days per week
- Work from home - 2 days per week
- Client visits – a total of 3-8 days per month

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, including financial & investment analysis, budgeting, simulations, forecasting
- Willing to work in hybrid environment (WFH, RTO, client visits)
- Willing to travel
- Has strong business sense, with a high level of integrity, commitment, work ethic, and values
- Possesses the following competencies: analytical thinking, business acumen, relationship management, time management, and data analysis
