Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Deck Analyst with expertise in Adobe InDesign to manage and update our client’s investment marketing materials. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing their marketing decks, ensuring they reflect current fund returns and investment profiles. Your work will involve creating visually appealing presentations, organizing data for new investments, and ensuring timely updates for accurate distribution.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, meticulous attention to detail, and experience handling recurring updates in a structured format.

Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain marketing decks with the latest fund returns and investment profiles.
- Utilize Adobe InDesign to create, edit, and refine visually appealing presentations.
- Incorporate and organize data for up to 5 new investments, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Ensure all updates are completed by September to meet distribution deadlines.
- Manage a standard deck format while regularly inputting updated figures and information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and investment teams to gather the necessary data and insights for deck updates.
- Maintain version control and ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Adobe InDesign, with a portfolio showcasing your design and presentation work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with recurring updates.
- Proficiency in managing and organizing data, particularly in a marketing or investment context.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the financial or investment sector is a plus.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes in schedule and priorities.
