Job Description
- Facilitate the deployment and adoption of standard methodologies and tools in collaboration with the relevant leads.
- Facilitate process management activities (methodology support, process definition, validation, standardization, accounting, improvement, etc.).
- Perform quality assurance activities for assigned projects/units (methodology and process coaching, audits, etc.).
- Execute PMO activities (monitor and control process compliance and tools usage, PM training support, root cause analysis, etc.).
- Elicit concerns and coordinate activities with relevant parties in establishing mechanisms to monitor and improve project efficiency.
- Conduct PM methodology, tools and process trainings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of total experience in PMO (e.g. Project monitoring and control, audits, performance analysis, etc.) OR had project coordinator/ manager functions for at least 3 years.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Preferably with a Project Management training/ certification (i.e. PMP, APM, Microsoft Project, Agile, etc.).
- Preferably proven PM knowledge- PM trainings or certifications (i.e. PMP, APM, Microsoft Project, Agile, etc.).
- Preferably has exposure to Quality Assurance / Process Management experience in the IT industry.
- Preferrably has experience working with Quality standards, methodologies and certification initiatives (e.g. ISO 9001, ITIL, CMMI, Six-Sigma, etc.) or has undergone corresponding trainings.
