Job Description

Lead & manage responsibility towards Fixed Proposition to define Enterprise Market Segmentation, Create Core Value propositions, define e2e customer experience and to drive Fixed vertical solution along with enterprise sales to meet the overall revenue objectives. The role holder has the key responsibility to assess enterprise vertical needs and to ensure the go to market strategy aligns with the market demands and company objectives.

The role holder has the responsibility to meet the enterprise revenue objective across Fixed services by fully supporting the Sales team and enabling tools for them including :

  • To build core propositions;
  • To develop convergence propositions to drive revenue;
  • To build partnership for fixed connectivity infrastructure expansion;
  • To roll out proposition with partner having infrastructure, last mile;
  • To provide sales kits; customer presentations and proposals; pipeline reviews; sales targets and incentives planning.

The function has direct revenue, acquisition targets and NPS for enterprise market

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Telecomm or any Technic background. MBA is a plus
  • Good understanding of Fixed products, competitor and trends in the market
  • Ability to work productively and effectively

Experience:

  • Minimum 4-6 years experiences in handling Marketing and Enterprise Sales, relationship Good understanding of business drivers and customer needs
  • Good Understanding and knowledge of all the key elements and technologies of product line vertical (Fixed product & services)
  • Strong planning & execution skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, language skills and team work

Skills:

  • Proficient communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of understanding of Fixed product & services such as site-to-site connectivity & site-to-internet
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of Marketing product life cycle Management
  • Delivering Results with a win-win approach
  • Demonstrable flexibility in approach and attitude; with an ability to adapt to change & effectively manage & communicate change to people while driving business target-achievement
  • Innate quality of wanting to making a personal difference and add value to the organization
  • Strong Orientation for communicating for impact in a timely manner, demonstrating foresight, forethought, planning for operational efficiency & effectively managing & identifying potential risks to business
  • Strong demonstrable organizational commitment
  • Excellent analytical, sales, commercial, strategic, financial, planning & risk management skills and attitude
  • Strong presentation skills with effective time-management
  • Strong technical know-how (to be able to drive a systematic and monitored metric-oriented way of working and team performance capturing as well as MS office packages – Word, Excel & PowerPoint in particular
  • People-person with an inbuilt attitude and orientation towards driving engagement, performance management, personal development and driving a positive work environment within which people can operate to their full potential
  • Strong analytical skills needed to simplify complex problems and devise properly balanced responses to technical and business support requirements
  • Understanding of telecommunications and technologies
  • Strong English language written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commercial focus, pragmatic and solutions-oriented
  • Hands on approach & ability to produce work product autonomously
