Job Description

  • Coordinating assignments/tasks to subordinate and/or drafting/reviewing any agreements, power of attorney, and any legal documentation in the Network Area, including legal advisory and ensuring every transactions or business activities undertaken by company are comply with all prevalling regulations
  • Providing legal advisory to protect the company to all legal disputes and litigation cases in favor of the company, including representing the company for any legal proceeding before the court and conducting the reports to supervisor in regards of cases
  • Liasing with law enforcement authority e.g; Police, BNN, BIN. KPK in accordance with all aplicable laws and Regulations
  • Liaising with external lawyer (if necessary)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Law Degree with at least 5 Years' experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel in multinationals and/or publicly listed corporation preferably familiar with telecommunication industry and non-litigation settlement of disputes training
  • Skillful with civil laws, penal law, administration law, economic law, telecommunication laws, labor law, and consumer protection law
  • Proficiency in English
  • Qualified to practice law in Indonesia (member of PERADI)
