Job Description

Responsible for managing sales from business partner in his/her territory, including responsible for expanding sales channel thru acquire new partners, managing sales activities in partners including monitoring and ensuring channel partner fulfil the defined operating model, target, policy and procedures, etc. – in term of growing channel revenue.

Job scope:

  1. Strategic Planning
    • Ensuring alignment of sales strategy from partners and activities with overall group strategy of the company
    • Responsible in developing strategy, standards and sales objectives in the partner
    • Create and provide functional programs and work plans consist of objectives, scope, timeline and budget for partners
  2. Financial Planning & Control
    • Support & monitoring invoicing process between partners and Finance
    • Conduct reporting reporting of the sales activities and performance
    • Supervise and monitor the performance of the partner and ensuring compliance of the partners with the internal Indosat policy
  3. Sales, Program & Solution
    • Searching and acquire new partners to expand sales channel and increase sales numbers
    • Support in the selection & prepare documentation of the new partners implementation
    • Supporting partners in the selection of account executive (recruitment, training, tandem and onboarding selling activities)
    • Support partners on activation and aftersales activities
    • Develops & maintains good relationship with external parties e.g. business partner, corporate customer in the area
    • Support partners with sales activities, especially for more sophisticated products
    • Support partners on identifying business opportunities in the area

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years experience in Sales for Technology product
  • Min. 1 year managerial experience in Telecom/FMCG.BSFI sector in Indonesia; SME experience is a plus
  • Having experience to manage channel partners
  • In depth understanding of effective sales system to support successful sales delivery
  • High ability to manage channel partners and or B2B partnership model
  • Strong organizational, time management and negotiation skills
  • High ability to motivate and lead sales team
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (writing, reading and speaking skills)
