Chief Accounting Officer  

We are looking for an experienced Accountant as the Chief Accountant for all accounting and financial management respect of newly established subsidiary.

• Setting up initial Accounting framework including system, software parameters and processes according to IIAP assets
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while rcommending further courses of action
• Timely and accurate closure of month end P&L and Balance Sheet
• Payroll management
• Advice on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
• Adhoc internal business advisory work and external liaison with regulatory and tax bodies
• Maintain the financial health of the organization
• Correspond with various other departments

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in FS preparation and accountant analysis
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experienced dealing with government institutions such as BIR, SSS and LGU’s
• Advanced level of Excel, intermediate VBA & Macro skills ideal
• Understanding IFRS is a plus
• Excellent in analytical skills
• Excellent in communication both in oral and written English
• Willingness to take leadership and set up company accounting framework from the ground
• Highly motivated and eager to grow with company
