Job Description
The Training Specialist conducts training and development programs tailor-fitted to the needs of the client. This includes, but is not limited to:
- training delivery
- classroom facilitation
- assessments
- evaluation
- monitoring
- continuous improvement of training initiatives along with continuous client communications.
Training Specialist is responsible to train merchandisers and coordinators.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluent in speaking his/her own dialect.
- Strong oral communication skills are required.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Experience in facilitating & conducting training is a plus.
- Must be based on the said area.
- Must be willing to do field work / be assigned to client's office.
- Must be willing to work 6 Days per month (Part-Time)
- Must be willing to undergo 3 Days Training in Ortigas, Pasig City.
