Job Description
- Lead in pitching out-of-the-box marketing strategies to clients based on their needs
- Coordinate with the Creatives Team to produce marketing collaterals
- Work closely with the Events Team for setup and production needs
- Spearhead digital and on-ground activations
- Discuss the results (green and red flags) of executions to concerned parties and provide recommendations on specific areas of improvement
- Supervise and mentor the next generation of marketing leaders
- Engage in fieldwork as needed
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent
- Has at least 4-5 years of experience handling brand activations
- Has at least 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Has excellent English and Filipino communication skills
- Has an awesome personality and is ready to join a dynamic team
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (office is located in Ortigas, Pasig)
