Job Description
- Oversee the performance of the Finance and Accounting Department
- Financial Modeling and Business Valuation: Prepare materials relevant in screening and evaluating the investment opportunities of the Company
- Financial and Investment Analysis: Provide financial advisory services to various operating units
- Development and Implementation of Company-wide Financial Policies: Work with the Finance Team to ensure that group-wide financial policies are developed and optimized in a timely manner
- Process payroll thru the bank's online facility
- Check and validate all BIR-related documents and submit necessary requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business/Accounting
- Relevant work experience in financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, and/or corporate finance
- At least 5-6 years supervisory experience
- Must be a licensed CPA
- Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law
- Hands-on experience with risk management
- Hands-on experience with financial management software
- Willing to work on-site (office is located in Ortigas, Pasig)
