Operations Project Manager | In-store | Pasig  

The Operations Project Manager is responsible for smooth & continuous execution of projects for all business areas nationwide. The responsibilities include evaluation of project executions, operations management, performance management, and client management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluation and Monitoring of Project Executions
• Discusses the results (green and red flags) of executions to concerned parties
• Liquidates advances on time and within specified limits
• Maintains and keeps documentation of project executions

Operations Management

• Oversees the execution of assigned or designated projects
• Assesses the effectiveness of project executions and provides recommendations on specific areas of improvement

Performance Management

• Manages scheduling, deployment, status updates and overall logistics for project executions
• Supervises, mentors and provides development opportunities to teams
• Ensures that all teams consistently conduct quality executions
• Conducts performance assessments for on ground personnel

Client Management

• Participates in various meetings with clients and agency partners as needed
• Creates and submits necessary reports to Operations Project Manager
• Engages into regular field work to check on daily operations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field.
• Detail-oriented, creative thinker, a team player and possess excellent communications skills
• At least 5 years work experience in Product/Project Management / Advertising / Marketing / Shopper Marketing / Events Management / Brand Activation / In-Store.
• Strong leadership and people skills. Excel in managing direct reports and work independently.
• Willing to go on fieldwork.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
