Job Description
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for:
- Entering client and account data from source documents to tracker.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information of database
- Work closely with account executives and marketing managers, may also be asked to liaise between company and client
- Handle requests for information and data
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree preferably Business course or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, can work well with people of different levels and authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has experience in admin works, fast learner, willing to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office application
