Job Description
The HR Specialist will be responsible for the smooth & continuous execution of different processes within Human Resources.
- Employee Relations – Answering / Responding / Giving actions to HR-related concerns.
- Employee Engagement - Plan and execute activities.
- Recruitment – Sources candidates for a specific requirement up to on-boarding of hired candidate.
- Records Management -Maintains the record of employees and database.
- Contract Management
- Offboarding
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business / Marketing OR equivalent.
- Must have at least 1 year related working experience.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills are required.
- Detail-oriented, goal-oriented.
- Can work under minimal supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- CAN START ASAP.
