The Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) is a not-for-profit think tank for Mergers & Acquisitions which pursues research and provides educational certificate programs, workshops, resources, and expert knowledge in the field of M&A. Founded in 2004, the Institute consists of respected faculty and trainers from around the world who contribute to the research, resource content, and programs.
