Job Description
- Collect, interpret, and review legal and financial information
- Predict future legal and financial trends
- Report to the upper management regarding legal and financial actions
- Provide sound advice on company development and future business decisions
- Produce legal and financial reports related to budgets, accountabilities, receivables, and others
- Develop long-term business plans based on the reports created
- Develop strategies that work tom minimize legal and financial risks
- Efficiently negotiate legal and financial matters for the company
- Analyze trends for the creation of plans that can take the business ahead of its competitors
Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant and Lawyer;
- At least 5 years as a legal, finance and admin head in a Software Company as a Service;
- An excellent aptitude in legal matters like handling of service contracts or any other company legal matters;
- Outstanding financial management skills like costing and benefit analysis;
- Exceptional administrative competence like proper handling of permit renewals and other administrative tasks that are essential to company and executives;
- Meticulously detailed and accurate in making reports;
- Comfortable to work with Foreigners;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
