Job Description
- Guide a team towards the maintenance or improvement of work quality
- Monitor and implement Development Team initiatives, processes, procedures, and KPI’s
- Design and develop applications on the .Net Framework using C#.net Design and Develop SQL Server scripts (tsql, stored procedure and triggers). Maintains existing Web App and Mobile Application.
- Handle escalations that require analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of software issues efficiently
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Developer Operations to ensure that all project timelines and schedules are met
- Collaborate effectively with anyone you will be tasked to work with
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years as a Software Development Manager;
- At least 5 years experience in handling 10 developers per team;
- Can manage an energetic Software Development Team;
- Experience with Visual Studio, C#, .Net, MVC, SQL Server;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
